Level Creator Released

HELP members wanted to do level design as well, so I made a tool so they could do it easily. The level creator features jack, tiles, enemies, doors, and keys (all the main stuff). I haven't added decoration yet in fear that it won't be used. To submit a level, you gotta take a photo and send it to me. Unless the level is perfect, my recreation won't be exact.
